The project scope will be defined in the initial proposal and contract. Any changes or additions to the agreed scope (scope creep) will be documented and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
We encourage clear communication about requirements upfront to minimize scope changes. However, we understand that business needs evolve, and we're flexible in accommodating reasonable changes with proper documentation and mutual agreement.
We provide a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) for bug fixes on delivered software. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
