Cancellation Policy

Before Project Commencement

If you wish to cancel your order before the project has commenced (i.e., before any development work has begun), you may request a full refund minus any payment processing fees. To qualify for this, the cancellation request must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.

After Project Commencement

Once the project has commenced and development work has begun, cancellations will be subject to the following terms:

  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at the agreed-upon rate
  • Any advance payments will be adjusted against the work completed
  • Source code and deliverables for completed milestones will be provided
  • Refunds will be processed for any unused portion of the advance payment, minus a 15% administrative fee

Subscription Services

For monthly or annual subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time in the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under these circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Critical bugs rendering software unusable
  • Failure to meet milestones due to our fault
  • Cancellation before project commencement

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed and delivered milestones
  • Consulting hours already rendered
  • Third-party services and licenses
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Approved custom design work

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services and wish to dispute a charge or request a refund, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably.

Changes to Scope

If you request changes to the project scope after work has commenced, additional charges may apply. Any refunds will be calculated based on the original scope of work.

Force Majeure

ClickMaker shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the project timeline without penalty.
